Who is Jason?

Jason Graziani was born and raised in Southern California. His single mother became permanently disabled, leaving him head of the household at 12 years old. Having to take care of his two younger brothers, Jason quickly learned the importance of leadership.

Determined to support his family financially, Jason studied business at the University of Southern California. Jason will note that his best lessons were taught to him outside the classroom through entrepreneurship.

Jason joined the financial services industry in 2005. in 2011, he partnered with PHP Agency Inc. to expand his organization, Excellence in Building. After becoming PHP’s first Senior Vice President in 2013, he moved to Dallas, Texas where he met his wife, Nataly. They currently hold the rank of Chairman’s Council and live in Plano, Texas with their two children.
